Granard School Pool
A high quality pool built in the old redundant kitchens at Primary School is a source of pride to all at the school. The new pool gives pupils the chance to become competent swimmers and the ability to swim 82 feet by the end of Key Stage 2, a national curriculum requirement.

The attractive pool has a light blue blend of ceramic mosaic tiled interior, complemented by stainless steel fittings. An ultra violet water treatment system ensures superior crystal clear water quality, requiring minimal chlorine or other chemicals which can irritate those with asthma or other respiratory problems.
The pool hall incorporates showers and toilets, as well as accommodation for disabled access – it incorporates training steps allowing for limited mobility users.
